Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These terms govern your access to and use of the Pack Printers website. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any additional guidelines or rules posted in specific sections of this Site.

Pack Printers reserves the right to modify this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing these terms each time you access the Site.

1. Intellectual Property & User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you incorporate into your products. You warrant that:

• You have obtained all necessary authorizations to use any text, images, designs, or trademarks included in your products.

• Your products do not infringe upon any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity).

• Your products are not libelous or defamatory.

By placing an order, you warrant that you have the legal authority to do so and authorize Pack Printers to produce the products on your behalf.

2. Customer Content & Conduct

All information, data, and graphics (“Content”) are the sole responsibility of the person who produced them.

• Account Security: You are responsible for protecting your password and all actions taken through your registered account.

• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload any content that is indecent, unlawful, or infringes on the intellectual property of Pack Printers or others.

• Right to Refuse: Pack Printers reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise deemed objectionable.

3. Design & Artwork Specifications

To ensure the highest quality print, please adhere to the following:

• File Format: All artwork must be provided in CMYK format. Pack Printers is not responsible for color shifts occurring during RGB to CMYK conversion.

• Resolution: Minimum of 300 DPI is required. We are not responsible for pixelated or distorted prints resulting from low-resolution files provided by the customer.

• Design Files: Pack Printers provides design files at 72 DPI (low resolution) by default. High-resolution source files are available for purchase upon request.

4. Proofing & Approval

The customer is responsible for proof and layout approval prior to printing. Once an order is placed, we will send final artwork proofs and a job specification sheet via email.

• Accuracy: You must review all details (spelling, grammar, dimensions, and production speed). Pack Printers is not liable for errors once the proof is approved.

• Color Matching: Screen proofs predict layout and placement, not exact color density. Hardcopy proofs are available for an additional charge if 100% color accuracy is required. Otherwise, a 90% color match is the industry standard guarantee.

5. Materials & Food Safety

Our standard paper and card stock are not food grade. If your packaging requires food-safe materials, you must communicate this requirement in writing before placing your order.

6. Order Cancellation & Refunds

Because all orders are custom-manufactured, All Sales Are Final. * Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet reached the printing stage. * Stage 1 (Order Placed): $15 plus 5% processing fee. * Stage 2 (Design/Reworking): Minimum 20% cancellation fee. * Stage 3 (In Press): Minimum 50% cancellation fee (not guaranteed). * Stage 4 (Shipped): No cancellation possible.

• Returns: If we verify a manufacturing error on our part, we will re-print the order. We do not offer cash refunds or credits.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We offer three tiers of production:

1. Standard: Ships within 10–14 business days (Time not guaranteed).

2. Priority: Guaranteed to ship within 8 business days.

3. Express: Guaranteed to ship within 6 business days.

Final proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM EST to count for that business day. Note: Pack Printers is not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, or 3rd party carrier technical issues.

8. Overages & Underages

In accordance with printing trade standards, we reserve the right to ship plus or minus 5% of the ordered quantity. If you require an exact count, we recommend ordering 10% over the required amount.

9. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and defend Pack Printers, its directors, and employees against all claims and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or any claims regarding the content you provided.
