Folding Carton Sleeves (Cost-Effective): For lighter products (like playing cards or single cosmetics), we manufacture the sleeve and tray using thick 18pt to 24pt SBS (Solid Bleached Sulfate) paperboard. These ship flat (KDF) to save on freight and are assembled easily on your fulfillment line.
