Our Custom Order Commitment
To ensure you get exactly what you envisioned, we follow a strict “No Surprises” production flow:
Tailor-Made: Every order is unique to the client; therefore, custom packaging is non-returnable once produced.
The Point of No Return: Once production begins, orders are non-refundable as materials are specifically allocated to your project.
Your Final Say: Production only kicks off after you have personally approved your digital proof.
The Pack Printers Free Reprint Guarantee
If we didn’t get it right, we’ll make it right. You are eligible for a free reprint if your order arrives with:
Printing Defects: Smudging, bleeding, or significant color deviations.
Spec Errors: Incorrect sizing or materials caused by a production oversight.
Shortages: Any quantity discrepancies confirmed by our Quality Control (QC) team.
Structural Damage: Manufacturing defects or damage sustained during transit (with proof).
Note: Approved reprints are prioritized and produced at zero cost to you.
How to File a Quality Claim
We move fast so you can too. Please follow these steps to ensure a quick resolution:
The 7-Day Window: Report any issues within 7 calendar days of delivery. To maintain our high standards, claims made after this window may not be eligible for review.
Submit Evidence: Send your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the packaging (including shipping cartons) to:

The Review: Our QC team will assess the claim immediately. Once an error is confirmed, we’ll fast-track your replacement quantity into production.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Before Production: If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. Refunds are only possible if materials haven’t been processed and production hasn’t started.
After Approval: Once you “green light” the digital proof, the order is locked in for manufacturing and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Your Responsibility: The Digital Proof
The digital proof is the final blueprint for your packaging. Before clicking “Approve,” please double-check:
Copy: Spelling, grammar, and dates.
Design: Layout, colors, and barcode placement.
Dimensions: Box size, dielines, and cut marks.
Global Shipping & Damage
We partner with DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your order reaches you safely. In the rare event of shipping damage, please keep all original packaging and take photos of both the outer shipping box and the damaged product. This allows us to file a claim with the carrier and get your reprints started faster.
