Getting the fit right

One thing we tell every new customer: measure the product, not the box you imagine. Give us the size of what is going inside the widest and tallest points and tell us if it is fragile or needs an insert. We build the box to fit it properly so it does not rattle in transit or look half-empty on a shelf. And on a first order, get a sample. A real printed sample with your product in it tells you more than any screen proof, and it is a few days well spent before you commit to a full run. We send a proof and dieline on every job so you are signing off on a real fit, not a guess.

A note on quality and recycling

We use food-grade board and low-migration inks wherever a box touches food, and our stock meets the usual packaging rules. Most of our boxes are paper and card, which recycle easily when clean, and kraft is recyclable and often compostable. Finishes like laminate, foil and window film look great but make recycling harder, so if low waste is a priority for your brand we will steer you toward the cleanest build that still does the job. Recycled and FSC® board are available across the range.
